Tswanahome is a Botswana Registered company that provides real estate services in Agency, Valuations and Property Management. It was established in 2018 under a company called Capricorn Auctions (Pty) Ltd with the goal of being the best platform for advertising properties. It is based in Gaborone, situated in Gaborone West and carries out most of its activities in Gaborone and surrounding areas.

Tswanahome Provides Property Service in Gaborone and surrounding areas. Specifically locations within South East, Southern, Kgatleng and Kweneng Districts.
REAL ESTATE AGENCY
As a Real Estate Agency we give our clients premium exposure through all the Tswanahome platforms. Our platforms attract users looking for property and in our history have found tenants and buyers for a diverse range of properties around the country. Agency services include finding tenants for landlords, selling properties on behalf of landlords and finding clients properties suitable for their needs.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Property management services include overseeing residential, commercial and/or industrial real estate, including apartments, detached houses, warehouses, offices, and shopping centres. This includes vetting tenants, collecting agreed rent, keeping low vacancy, carrying out evictions and advising on and carrying out maintenance and improvements as per management agreement.
VALUATIONS
Tswanahome prides itself in the product it offers in the valuation field. The chief valuer is fully registered with the Real Estate Institute of Botswana and a full member of the Real Estate Advisory Counsel. We provide valuations reports for deeds transfers and registry, to determine market value, bank loan applications and or financial reporting. Our valuations reports are conducted within a period of 2 to 3 days for a thorough and well calculated valuation of our clients’ properties.
SUPPORT SERVICES
Tswanahome has allocated time and resources to help clients with property related issues that they may not have the time for. This includes water and electricity connections, ownership transfers, conversion of ownership, change of land use etc.
